Meet Norma, many residents and prospective residents may already know Norma for her warmth and friendliness. Norma has been a resident ambassador since moving in six years ago! You can find her eating lunch with tours, participating in a variety of activities, or when she goes on her daily walks.
When asking Norma why she is a resident ambassador she said she enjoys helping others, and finds that after many years of being an ambassador it has been very rewarding. She helps people go from uncertainty to confidence in the community and from strangers to neighbors!
