Resistance Bands vs. Tubing: Which tool wins?

Both offer incredible benefits, but they serve slightly different purposes in a training program.

THERABAND Resistance Bands: The gold standard for rehabilitation and functional movement. They provide unique positive/negative force on muscles to stretch, tone, and condition without heavy impact.

THERABAND Resistance Tubing: The strength-builder. Excellent for mimicking gym-machine "pulling" exercises and great for full-body resistance work. It's a favorite for progressing from beginner to pro levels.
