With over 30 years of experience in upper extremity orthopedics, he is an orthopedic manual therapist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Team Leader at the Guthrie Hand Center. Johnny has been with Performance Health for five years as a Warehouse Supervisor. He began his career as a picker and worked his way up until he was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor at our newest Indianapolis DC addition.

He helps manage our inbound team, overseeing daily inbound, receiving, and dock operations. His focus is on improving workflow efficiency and collaborate closely with outbound teams to support operational needs as they arise.

Some of Johnny's core values may sound cliché, but he lives by them every day. "Integrity means doing what’s right, even when no one is watching," says Johnny. "I strongly believe in servant leadership: leading by example and putting the team before my ego. The higher you climb, the more important it is to serve and respect others."
