Plumbers crushed it so far and we will officially have a heated space by midday tomorrow! Electric work has begun and a new toilet is in! Very exciting to see progress beginning!

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is really just the sun in its waking form. Technology huh? The benefit list is long, but here are the big categories most fall into. Sessions last 10-20 minutes! A good stretch in front of a panel is also a plus.

Lift removed, heat is on, insulation has begun! All rough work still being completed before the beauty can come through! The journey continues with more insulation and electric next week. Pre opening special pricing live on website! Still pushing to be open around mid February or so.
