Last year’s mentality for me was
“Hustle”.
I wanted to prove to my kids that we would be okay mentally, emotionally, financially after my divorce.
I wanted to prove to myself that anything and everything was possible even with three small kids.
I manifested every opportunity that came my way.
I taught countless workshops, did hundreds of readings, booked several private events, traveled for work for retreats and private sessions.
You name it, I did it.
So what happened January 1st?
My body said “ENOUGH.
You’ve done too much.
You fulfilled the word Overachiever.
Now you REST.”
But what the heck does one do with rest? How do you train your body and start a whole routine with kids when all you’ve done is GO, GO, GO?!
Honestly I was so lost.
It took me all of January to reprogram my mind, set new ground rules externally and internally.
So, with that being said, you guys know I ALWAYS share my secrets. Because I learn on my own so that I can teach others.
