I realized at the end of lunch today that my server’s name was Esperanza. It felt like a nudge to let hope in (as I’d been pushing it down for a while). Then I got home and saw this on my feed. Hope, it is. Message received (and shared), universe!

Have you ever had trouble loving yourself, like, *truly* loving yourself? I think we all have, at least from time to time. But sometimes we feel so far from self-love that we feel like we may never get there. I haven’t been woo on here for a while, but I’m feeling called to share my heart today.

Despite the cooling temps and shorter days, I’m feeling like the heavy blanket that’s covered my life the last few years is being lifted. There’s definitely lighter energy in the atmosphere, hinting at fresh beginnings and dreams being renewed.

I’m hoping part of it is being here, with you, much more regularly and on a deeper level.

It’s all new again. Believe it. Embrace it. Stoke its fire.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the worries of the moment and lose sight of the larger picture. When we open ourselves to possibility, to universal spirit, to love, we connect to what we really want: belief in ourselves, hope in the future, forward motion, and truly living while we’re “alive.” I’m wishing these things for you.

The amazing guests who’ve come to my studio over the years have shared so much of their lives and dreams with me. They’re full of fond memories, determination, and hope for the future. Their custom perfumes are not only composed of ingredients they love, they’re a celebration of who they truly are.

Alongside Escentuelle, I’ve been an active leader in local organizations dedicated to women in business while pursuing my own personal development. I see so much promise in each woman I encounter, as well as a need to bring their gifts to light and celebrate who they are. Because the world needs them.
