MARCH GOAL 190 LBS.
I never thought I would weigh less than 205 lbs, today I'm 193 lbs and I'm STILL seeing results with TruVision. My new goal to finish March at 190 lbs.

"This is May 2018 to Oct 2018 truformation! I take the combo and Renu! I started at 183 and now weigh 142! 41 pounds down, Size 12 to a 6 and I haven't worn a 6 for 24 years! I drink 90oz of water everyday and I avoid processed food. I don't snack between meals and I eat kid size meals! That's it, that's how I did it! I have tons of energy and I actually feel like doing something in the evening besides crawling in bed and watching TV! I also started taking truslumber in November ...for years I have woke up at 3 or 3:30 and can't go back to sleep! I haven't had this problem since day 1 of taking!
