1) Omega-3 (EPA-focused): Supports mood regulation by reducing inflammation and supporting brain cell signaling. Best for clients with low dietary fish intake, persistent low mood, or high inflammation markers. Evidence shows EPA-rich formulas can help depressive symptoms when paired with therapy and lifestyle changes. 🐟

2) L-Theanine: Promotes calm, reduces stress reactivity, and supports focus by enhancing GABA and modulating alpha brain waves. Ideal for clients with anxiety, sleep-wake disruption, or high evening stress who need gentle, fast-acting support without sedation. Works well alongside breathwork and CBT tools.

3) Vitamin D (with baseline testing): Impacts neurotransmitter synthesis and immune–brain communication. We choose dosing based on labs—great for clients with low sun exposure, fatigue, or seasonal mood shifts. Correcting deficiency often improves energy and mood responsiveness to coaching.
