FIVE years of The Yoga Gnome. Wowza! What a milestone. 🥹❤️🍄💫 5️⃣🎉
Reflecting on the past five years isn’t something you can sum up in one post. Honestly, you can’t even sum it up in multiple posts. Insta won’t quite get it, frankly 😉.
It’s a day to day, moment to moment kind of reflection…one you wake up to every morning and go to sleep with every night.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief that this world can be a bit more beautiful…a bit more kind…a bit more present…a bit more calm.
In kids’ yoga land, calm doesn’t always come in a neat little package. Honestly, when kids practice yoga, they’re often far from calm, and the package is often messy.
But the space we provide allows them to find it in their own way without being rigid or too strict about how they get there.
Kids can play into calm.They can stretch into calm.They can go wild into calm.They can explore all sorts of ways to be who and what they’re meant to be. And the beauty of it all-they’re usually fully present while navigating this.
When parents tell us that their kids feel at home in our studio, or that they keep asking when they can come back (or if they can sleep over, true story lol) it means EVERYTHING to us.
Because our studio is not just a yoga studio, it’s a community. A vibe. A gnome house 🏡☺️
The past five years have introduced us to so many amazing families, incredible adventures, meaningful lessons, inspiring teachers and collaborations, and of course- amazing kids.
There isn’t a single moment of reflection that doesn’t hold deep gratitude for the privilege of sharing yoga and mindfulness with kids of all ages.
From babies to teens, parents to grandparents — our studio is here to embrace it all.
THANK YOU to every family who has trusted us, every child who has filled our studio with light, and every teacher who continues to inspire this journey.
Here’s to growing together with open hearts and playful gnomey spirits.
