Mamas, I know how it feels.. I know how it goes:
We do not sleep, we are always on the go, & busy AF. We take care of a household, cook, clean, & so much more.. & now we want to be fit & stay healthy?
& many times staying fit & healthy goes on the back burner, and itโs totally forgotten about, but mama Here are the reasons why you need to start strength training more:

๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ: you need energy to start & continue a workout, so how the heck are you going to feel more energized once youโre done? I feel you mama, but the truth is that when you start strength training, sweating, & moving your body 9/10 times you will feel more energized to tackle your day with your kiddo!

๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ญ๐จ๐๐ข๐ง: the FEEL good hormone oxytocin rises up when you get your blood flowing, muscles pumping, & get your sweat on!! The more you do it, the more you will feel so dang good you did.

๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐๐: Once you start seeing the muscles youโre creating, you will start feeling more confident, more happy, more S E X Y in your body. Building muscle is just pure sexiness, & at the end of the day, you do not have to be fit already to just start, so start now!
As you started reading this post you probably thought I was going to say โto lose weight & burn fatโ & yeah those are the side effects but the results you get from just strength training are SO much more than the weight drop on the scale, or the fat youโll be burning.
As Strong Mamas we want more energy, more confidence, more motivation, more consistency & f**k ya it feels good to lose weight, & get lean, & burn fat in the process.

You do not need a fancy gym, or fancy equipment.
