Mindfulness club mail 📬 went out last week and I can’t wait for our meeting later today. This month in Mindfulness Club we’re focusing on communicating.

Being able to tell someone else how we feel, what we think, and when we need help can be challenging 🙊. I love making sure that kids have these skills because communication 🗣️ helps them move through emotions instead of bottling them up and having them explode out 🌋.
