This week commemorates the seventh anniversary of Advanced Spine and Pain. Seven years ago, this clinic was just a dream, a leap of faith, and a team of just three—me, my wife, and Casadi, who is now my amazing, ride or die office manager.

That first week, we saw only eight patients—and I remember feeling deeply honored that they trusted me with their care. Seven years later, I still feel that same sense of gratitude and responsibility for every single patient who walks through our doors.

What followed were long days, hard decisions, personal sacrifices, and moments of doubt—but also moments of purpose that made every challenge worth it. Helping patients heal, listening to their stories, and being trusted with their care has been the greatest reward I could have imagined.

Today, that vision has grown into two locations and an incredible team of nearly 50 dedicated professionals. A team that shows up with heart, skill, and compassion every single day. This growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about lives touched, trust built, and a shared commitment to excellence in patient care.

I’m deeply grateful to our patients for believing in us, and to our team for believing in the mission, even when the work is hard. This journey has been humbling, exhausting, and unbelievably fulfilling.

Here’s to SEVEN years of growth, resilience, and impact and to many more ahead.
