We have received feedback that many of you may be experiencing issues contacting the Hospital or our Health Clinics. Silver Star Communications has indicated an outage effecting some users/carriers. Our phones are receiving calls and we have found this to be an individual carrier issue.

Update: We have resolved the local voice connection issue impacting customers in and around the Pocatello, Idaho area. The issue was determined to be a fiber connections within Lumens Network. If your voice services have not been restored, please contact our technical support team.

We have identified the issue as a fiber connection within Lumenโs network. We are working directly with their team to restore calling between our customers and the impacted network as quickly as possible.

Silver Star is currently investigating an outage impacting voice services in and around the Pocatello, Idaho area. Emergency 911 services have not been impacted. Teams are working to resolve the outage and return service as soon as possible.
