Today was a great day for mental health in our community. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be invited on The Contact Show on Connect FM this morning.
A big thank you to Mrs. Javens for supporting and encouraging these students every step of the way, and to DuBois Area Schools for giving them the opportunity to share their voices on such an important topic.
Most importantly, a huge shout-out to these four young ladies for stepping up and embracing the moment. They represented themselves and our community so well. Strong, smart, and confident—they’re more than ready to take on whatever life throws their way.

Mental health, and the upcoming "Kick the Stigma-Day of Wellness" in the DuBois City Park, were the topics explored on today's CONTACT program on Connect FM. Kick the Stigma co-founder Aaron Beatty led a discussion with four DuBois Area High School students.

Whether you’re at home, at school, or at work, your involvement can make a real difference. It’s about how you show up, whether you’re supporting your autistic colleagues, students, or family members, your actions can help create an inclusive and accepting world.
