🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Today we’re excited to introduce Cassandra, our amazing Certified Dietary Manager!

Cassandra has been part of our WLC family for an incredible 18 years! She started as a dietary aide, worked her way up to cook, and later earned her Certified Dietary Manager certification. Cassandra returned to Fairview in March and we are so happy to have her back with us!

Cassandra truly believes our geriatric population have spent their lives working hard, and now it’s their turn to be served delicious, nutritious meals made with care, something she takes great pride in every day. ❤️

Not only is Cassandra dedicated to our residents here, but she’s also a true team player, often lending a helping hand to many of our sister facilities whenever they need support. Her leadership and teamwork shine wherever she goes! 🌟

Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys life with her husband of almost 20 years and their four children (ages 8–18). She’s a big Kansas City Chiefs fan 🏈 and loves to travel whenever she gets the chance! ✈️

We’re so thankful for Cassandra’s hard work, compassion, and commitment! She truly goes above and beyond for her team and our residents every single day! 💛

Patty absolutely rocked her home visit with the therapy team! She did amazing and is getting ready to head home soon!

One of the coolest parts of our therapy program is that we can complete home visits to make sure our residents are safe, confident, and ready for their return home. It’s just one of the ways we go above and beyond to help our patients reach their goals! 🌟
