✨ From C-Section Recovery to Crossing the Turkey Trot Finish Line!!!
Amanda came to see Dr. Kaitlyn after her second C-section feeling frustrated and discouraged.
Simple, everyday movements felt hard...
Getting out of bed.
Reaching into cupboards.
Anything overhead.
Running? That felt completely out of reach. She was hesitant to even say it out loud as a goal.💔
So we started where healing truly begins:
✔️ Breath work to reconnect her core
✔️ Gentle manual therapy to support tissue healing
✔️ Graston techniques to help her C-section scar recover and move freely
As her daily movements became pain-free and her strength returned, we progressed intentionally — single-leg strength, core control, stability work — building her body back in a way that supported her whole system.
And this past year?
She ran the Turkey Trot!!!🦃🏃♀️
Not just finished it — but ran it feeling strong, supported, and confident in her body🙌
Now she’s looking ahead to continuing to run pain-free… and maybe even signing up for a half marathon👏
