This time of year can be particularly challenging for those grieving the loss of loved ones. Memories are constant reminders of loss; watching others celebrate can be painful and overwhelming. Following the death of a loved one, Mary will share how to face the challenge of holiday grieving while offering ways to develop new holiday rituals and traditions.

The holidays can be a very difficult time for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Memories of good times and togetherness serve as a reminder of our loss.

November programming at the Shalom Spirituality Center focuses on and for those who are grieving. We have several events specific to those who are journeying through grief.
