Hey there! My name is Lara & this is my Attuned Equine Bodywork Business: Zen Horse. As a lifelong horsewoman, I've naturally explored and learned what it takes to keep my horses living comfortable, fulfilling lives.
I am thrilled to offer services specializing in Myofascial Release; a modality of bodywork I was introduced to years ago through my own healing journey. MFR is a gentle yet incredibly powerful way to facilitate long lasting healing, relief from chronic pain, improved mobility, emotional processing and much more.
