In 2025, Monarch Healthcare Management invested over one million dollars — $𝟭,𝟭𝟬𝟳,𝟮𝟳𝟴.𝟴𝟮 — in employee education and professional advancement. As a result, 𝟳𝟲𝟲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 applied for, were approved for, and benefited from our Education Assistance Program.

This is more than a financial figure. It represents certifications earned. Degrees advanced. Career pathways expanded. And a stronger long-term care workforce across our organization.

We believe workforce development is not optional — it is essential. When we invest in our people, we elevate the quality of care our residents and communities receive.

Many thanks to everyone who brought the holiday cheer and love to everyone here!

Our Holiday Dinner for residents and their families was a hit. Thank you to the kitchen staff for putting together a great menu. We were so caught up in the moment, no photos were taken. The room was packed and the music by Greg Tiburzi was wonderful.

We baked and decorated Christmas cookies, and made lots of cute holiday crafts throughout the month.

Our community is so kind and generous! So many happy faces at the Christmas Social.

Thank you for all the kind and thoughtful donations over this Holiday Season!! 🎄 ⛄️

Our Administrator, Juliana Lundberg, had the honor of being selected as Care Providers of Minnesota "Leader of the Year," last week at the Care Providers Convention. We are extremely proud of her, and so glad that we have her as our Administrator. She says our dedication, customer service, and excellent care, make leading us a piece of cake. However, she really takes the cake.
