🎉 Two more PM+ Training Cohorts Complete🎉
We’re thrilled to announce the completion of two Problem Management Plus (PM+) training sessions this month:
1️⃣ A national mixed cohort bringing together leaders, frontline staff and community advocates from across the country.
2️⃣ A dedicated cohort at Hope Haven Peer Support and Respite Home, where staff strengthened their skills to better support individuals and families in their care.

PM+, developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and delivered through ArcaMind, equips non-clinical professionals with practical, evidence-based tools to:
✨ Manage stress and emotional overwhelm
✨ Support others through structured problem-solving
✨ Strengthen resilience and coping
✨ Build cultures grounded in compassion and psychological safety

What made these sessions especially powerful was the diversity of voices and experiences in the room. Whether joining from across the nation or working directly in respite care, each participant showed remarkable commitment to making mental health support more accessible, practical, and human.
