I have been trying new recipes as I have been bored with the same old ones I have had time and time again. I also have been trying to prep snacks as that is the meal I tend to mindlessly eat the most. Today I made a california roll cottage cheese bowl and it didn't disappoint. Here is how I made it:
1/2 cottage cheese
1 serving imitation crab
1 mini cucumber
1/4 of an avacado
a splash of liquid aminos (taste like soy sauce)
and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
