We want to say thank you to whoever nominated us, and thank you for a great night. Congratulations to the other nominees and award winners that make up the fabric of our community. What started as 33 residents in 1991 has grown to 160 employees and 120 residents 35 years later. Congrats to our great team.

‼️‼️ MOST RECENT PATHWAY REHABILITATION GRADUATE ‼️‼️

Upon arrival at Wilkins, I couldn't walk nor stand. I started therapy and Ms. Gloria encouraged me saying "don't worry, we're going to get you up and walking again." Gloria and the team started me out on the parallel bars. Then from there, we went to the walker with assistance. Despite a set back of pneumonia and returning back to OU Medical, and the doctor having to reenter my back to drain fluid, Wilkins once again got me back on track. Although we were starting all over again, by the grace of God, it only made me stronger and more determined the second time around. ALL of the staff were so sweet, kind, respectful, and my wife and I will never forget them. My wife was right by my side the entire time, day and night and she felt the same love I felt from the staff. Wilkins is like family now to the both of us!!!

Today we celebrated Rhonda, she has been at our facility for 30 years! She has impacted each of us as much as we have impacted her! She can tell us plenty of stories from years past. Here’s to 30 more years with Rhonda! Thank you to all employees over the years.

Today is make an impact Friday. Meet Chris. We had a unique referral from Absbach Germany . The Red Cross did an outstanding job coordinating flights and efforts. It was a team effort. Chris drove to Will Rogers okc last night and located our guy and drove him home to our facility early this morning. He is thrilled to be with us.
