Vitamin D is a nutrient your body can create through exposure to sunlight. ☀️ It is also mainly found in foods of animal and plant origin, including fish, eggs, milk and some milk products (yogurt, cheese and butter), liver and fortified cereal. 🍽 Some foods contain vitamin D, although the amount varies by food and culture, and supplements can be an option if you don't get enough elsewhere in your diet.
