I specialize in working with Millennial women because we’re navigating a world full of expectations — careers, relationships, identity, motherhood (or the choice not to), and everything in between. All while facing enormous changes in the world that our parents just didn’t experience at this age.

Here are some easy go-tos to help you regulate your emotions so that you can actually ENJOY the holidays with less anxiety.

🥗 Balance your diet: Water and greens go a long way to make up for the extra indulgences

🧘‍♀️ Move your body: walk, stretch, dance — whatever you can to release energy

✨Cognitive distortions are warped versions of thought which aren’t deeply rooted in reality.
✨They can make our world look a bit dimmer, foggier, or even more threatening at times.
✨While we’ve all probably gotten into some of these before, we can also boost our awareness of these unhelpful ways of thought, and in that way hopefully nip them in the bud before they solidify as unhelpful beliefs.
