Feminist focused therapy looks at the full context of your life, not just your symptoms.

👉 Your anxiety, burnout, or self doubt did not develop in a vacuum. They are often shaped by relationships, expectations, systems, and lived experiences.

Feminist therapy honors this while still supporting growth, agency, and change.

Feminist therapy is not just for cisgender women. It is also for all gender presentations, as the patriarchal structures we live in affect us all.

You deserve to be understood with the full picture of how your life experiences shaped you 🤍

Anxiety is often treated as something to get rid of.

But anxiety exists for a reason. It’s part of our brain’s survival system and helps us stay alert and adaptive. Back in the day, it helped us not get eaten by the tiger 🐅

In modern life, anxiety may be signaling that something in your environment does not feel safe in your nervous system or aligned in your heart. This can show up in relationships, work, or how you have been showing up in your life.

Instead of immediately trying to smother anxiety, take a moment to pause and listen. What is it trying to tell you about your values, boundaries, or needs?

🛋️ Therapy is not about eliminating anxiety. It is about understanding it and learning how to work with it, not against it.

If you want support exploring this, learn more or schedule a consultation through the link in bio!

Just because you are high-functioning does NOT mean you’re not struggling.

Many women carry anxiety quietly — keeping the show going at work, at home, or socially — all while feeling the pressure to appear “fine” to keep up appearances.

It’s this productivity and responsibility that can easily mask anxiety, even to yourself.

🛋️ Therapy helps create a space for compassion, awareness, and honest check-ins. Over providing is not a badge of honor if it comes at the cost of your peace.

You are allowed to rest, even if you are capable of doing it all.

Life doesn’t stay still, and transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming.

Therapy can support you through:

👩‍💻 Career changes
💔 Breakups or divorce
🏥 Navigating aging parents
🤱Becoming a new parent

Even positive changes can bring stress, grief, or uncertainty. Therapy gives you a place to process what’s shifting, make sense of your emotions, and move forward with more clarity and self-compassion.

👉 You don’t have to navigate big changes alone. Let’s talk to see if I’m the right fit for you by booking a consultation!

Burnout doesn’t happen overnight, it builds quietly.

👉 When we ignore exhaustion, stress, or emotional overload, the cost usually shows up one way or another - in our bodies, our relationships, or our mental health.

Women especially are often praised for pushing through, staying productive, and putting everyone else first.

But burnout doesn’t discriminate and no one is immune.

🛋️ Therapy offers a safe space to check in, notice the warning signs, and create accountability before burnout turns into a crash.

You don’t have to wait until you’re depleted to ask for support. Book a consultation today to get ahead of your stress!

Therapists are human too.

👉 Being a therapist doesn’t mean being immune to stress, anxiety, or life’s challenges. Going to therapy as a therapist is a way for me to stay grounded, reflective, and present — both personally and professionally.

I love going to therapy because it helps me to understand growth from the client perspective, and it challenges me to walk the walk.

🛋️ Therapy supports common our humanity. It reminds us that growth is ongoing, and that having support allows us to show up more mindfully and authentically in our lives.

No one is meant to do this alone — including therapists.

Feel like you are “too busy” for therapy or that you’ve got it all under control?

These are some of the most common excuses that people delay therapy, and they’re totally understandable.

🛋️ Therapy does require time and vulnerability. But often, delaying is simply a way of protecting ourselves from discomfort. I get that.

Having a consistent, grounding space, especially when life feels busy, can actually make things feel less overwhelming.

💪 Much like going to the gym, therapy is consistent work that brings long-term benefits.

You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to begin. Book a consultation today to dip your toe in the water.

It’s true - you don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy.

Maybe things are mostly “fine.” You’re managing. Nothing dramatic is happening. And still — therapy can be incredibly valuable.

Therapy is amazing when used as ongoing maintenance, not just emergency care. It’s a place to learn the tools and understand yourself before things feel overwhelming.

👉 That way, when challenges do arise, you’re not scrambling when you are disregulated.

Think of it as emotional preventative care — support that helps you stay grounded through whatever life brings.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’m okay enough,” therapy can still meet you where you are at.

There’s no “right way” to do therapy.

You don’t need to perform. You don’t need a perfectly worded story. You don’t even need a crisis to bring in.

🛋️ Your first session is simply a space to show up as you are. This is where you can unmask, speak freely, and know that nothing is off-limits. We are two humans on the same team — not an authority and a test you have to pass.

Sometimes people come in carrying something they’ve just been afraid to say out loud. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry that alone, and the silence can be broken.

✨ Just show up. That’s enough.

January is full of fresh starts and excitement about resolutions.

But mental health isn’t a simple goal to be checked off of a list — it’s a way of life to dedicate yourself to.

🛋️ Therapy works best when it’s not just a New Year’s resolution that fades by February, but a value that you carry with you throughout the year. A commitment to understanding yourself, caring for your emotional well-being, and choosing long term growth over quick fixes.

In therapy, we don’t just focus on goals — we explore your values. When your values are clear, you have greater clarity on how to build a life you are excited about .

If this year you want something deeper than another fading resolution, therapy can be a place to start.

Millennial mental health issues are different - and should be treated as such.

I specialize in working with Millennial women because we’re navigating a world full of expectations — careers, relationships, identity, motherhood (or the choice not to), and everything in between. All while facing enormous changes in the world that our parents just didn’t experience at this age.

🛋️ Therapy is where you get to put it down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — not the version society expects.

Working with a therapist that takes your generational experience into consideration can be validating, and help you get to the real root of your stress.

Women experience the world differently, and need a different therapeutic approach.

Even today, women are often expected to carry the mental load — the planning, emotional labor, caretaking, mental juggling that rarely gets seen or honored.

Because of that:

👉 Therapy often feels like a luxury, not a necessity
👉 Self-care feels “selfish,” not essential
👉 Women’s needs are postponed while they care for everyone else

I believe in a feminist, compassionate, realistic model of therapy — one that:

✔️ Honors emotional labor
✔️ Validates burnout and mental load
✔️ Prioritizes your needs without guilt
✔️ Helps you reclaim space for you first

You deserve to be supported just as you support others. Book a consultation with me today to get started.
