🌱 Open to the Sun. Reach your sights to the expansive Sky. Feel the Earth beneath your Feet. Water your Seeds 💦

💗 Today, we offer you this wild prayer ~~~ Relish & Dance, whatever that means to you ~ for you are alive now, and connected! Dance if you are happy. Dance if you are mourning. Dance for yourself or for someone else who cannot dance. Dance for Earth Mama. Dance for our human family. Dance for our beyond-human family. Dance for your heart. Dance because today is the Summer Solstice!

☀️Happy Solstice, Friends!☀️ The sun has reached its’ highest point in the sky this season ~ seedlings have risen, and been watered or released back to the Earth in the constant flow of life. What is growing in you now, reaching for new heights? What is being let go?

In recent weeks, we have been taking time to tend & refine our personal visions & wild inspiration, and to be present with the tragedies & revolution occurring in our nation. We now excitedly share with you again our INSPIRATION Seed Planting Dance. Big big huge thanks to JPOD the beat chef for remixing this incredible song from One Giant Leap! And enormous gratitude to Nic Waller & Jesse John Shavel for offering us their fabulous filming skills, and to Brian Barnes for his wizardry in filming, editing, directing & visioning.

Our future WildRiseDance offerings will continue to honor seasonal & celestial rhythms, with posts & shares that highlight natural time, real time 🌙

🌺 We believe in the power of creativity to unite people across land & culture. We embrace dance, poetry & prayer as mediums for personal & collective change.
