A much needed vacation to México!

This trip was planned at the exact right time. Every year, by the end of Q1, I feel like I've already worked enough for the rest of the year. Having this time to detox, pause ties with work, finances, and stress, helps refill my tank.

I totally needed this, and I'm so grateful to be here. México is one of the most beautiful, colorful, and kind countries I've ever traveled to. It's the only country that I've been back to over and over again. And now I can say that I've visited the Yucatán península and learned more about the ancient and colonial history here.

I love bringing vibrational sound baths to people's homes. Especially, when I have a panoramic view of snow falling and mountain tops.
