Plunge into the New You with Us ✨❄️🌊🫁

Join us for our fifth outdoor Wellness Social Club Event

📅 January 3, 2025
⏰ 9:00–10:00 AM
📍 29th Street Park, Durango, CO 81301

will be guiding you through a breathwork experience designed to reset your nervous system, set clear intentions, and prepare your mind + body for 2026

This session will help you release old patterns and step into who you’re choosing to become. We’ll release what no longer serves us and consciously step into a new identity for the year ahead. Individual notebooks, pens and wellness goodie bags will be given to help you write the old you away 📝

We’ll close with a cold plunge in the Animas River to lock it all in ❄️

To finish we’ll have providing complimentary New Years themed Turtle (Caramel) Mocha lattes to keep you warm ☕️

The breath clears the mind. The cold anchors the change.

Serving up Peppermint Bark Mocha Lattes at Saturday’s wellness event—because self-care tastes better with coffee ☕✨

We cannot thank enough for providing complimentary mocha lattes for all of our guests at our Mat & Mochas for Tots event

If you’re not familiar with them, we’d highly suggest you stop in one day for the yummiest coffee or treats. They are a locally owned drive up or walk up coffee bar kiosk with outdoor dog-friendly seating area 🐕🐾🐕‍🦺🦮

Coffee, tea, handmade cookies and fresh egg pastries to go and they were even open on Christmas!
