During the session, we may incorporate various elements including Reiki, tuning forks, crystals, and essential oils to support balance within the chakra system and encourage the body’s natural energetic harmony.

Clients often report feeling deep relaxation, openness, lightness, and increased clarity or peace following a session. At times, emotions that have been held in the body may surface and release before settling into a deeper sense of calm.
