Drink your water! It’s a requirement not a suggestion. Water is what helps your body move and eliminate the toxins and waste released during treatments like cavitation, wood therapy, sauna wraps etc.
If you’re dehydrated, the lymphatic system can’t do its job.

Hydration also reduces inflammation, supports digestion, and improves circulation…
All things that directly affect your results.
