Your lower back isn't the problem⛔️
Not "lifting with your legs" isn't the problem ⛔️

Most of the time, you back is just the poor messenger.
The real issue
👉Stiff hips
👉A locked-up midsection
👉Joints that forgot how to move

When your hips don’t move well, your low back picks up the slack… and eventually starts yelling about it.

Is PAIN a life sentence? Is avoiding and "resting it" the correct modality for healing?

I'm a 38 year old father who thinks he can still do all the things he used to be able to. BUT when you go to bed completely fine and wake up feeling like you were in a fight to the death during your sleep and you threw your back out.

Back pain doesn't need complicated fixes or weeks on the sidelines. It needs movement, the right movement. As a mentor taught me "Motion is Lotion."

38 Lessons from, 38 times around the sun 🌞

Oh and #4... am glad the "advisors" finally came around, just saying🤗 welcome to the conversation🤭

1. Marriage should change you
2. Children DO change you
3. Move today, move often, move because you can for tomorrow you may not be able to.
4. Food is medicine- Eat real food... been saying it for decades, maybe I should be HHS director 🤪
5. Drink water... just that drink water
6. Sleep is non-negotiable, prioritize sleep
7. Control what you can control
8. If you aren't changing, you're choosing
9. What I accept I am
10. Slow down, slow is accurate and accurate is fast
11. Discipline will always beat motivation
12. However, motivation is lightening in a bottle, capture that s**t and let it rip!
13. Care less what others think, they aren't thinking about you.
14. Listen with intent

⛔️A reoccurring conversation...

Too often, do I hear my doctor told me not to "workout"; avoid this, don't do these exercises, you aren't going to be able to do "THAT" anymore...

Sound familiar?

And here is the kicker, they are told this by people who have not studied movement, don't workout themselves, but sound so professional when they say things like this.

The TRUTH!! ✅️❤️

Movement done right heals!! It doesn't harm. Strength, mobility, and proper coaching builds resilience, not risk
