DHS has released some information on their appeal of CMS' move to withhold certain Medicaid funding in the amount of $2 billion. DHS has put out a news release on their website: https://mn.gov/dhs/media/news/ #/detail/appId/1/id/719554

Yesterday, ARRM and the Minnesota Home Care Association sent a letter to Governor Tim Walz and DHS Interim Commissioner Shireen Gandhi. We urged the Governor and DHS to offer relief to providers who are struggling under the new payment review process despite no evidence of fraud.
