A portion of testimony today delivered by Jeremy Wendt, Executive Director of ARRM organizational member EGH, on why daily caps on IHS-T create problems for both people receiving the service and providers. This testimony was before the House Committee on Human Services Finance and Policy in support of HF 3375, which would replace the daily cap on IHS-T with a more flexible monthly cap and add exceptions for people with higher needs.
