On Tuesday morning while we were all preparing for Day at the Capitol, a group of Family Residential Services (FRS) Providers testified before the House Human Services Finance & Policy Committee about the impact of changes made to FRS rates that are scheduled to go into effect this year. A bill before the committee would move FRS back into the DWRS framework and prevent providers like these from closing their doors. Thank you to ARRM Members Katie Olson of Grace Living Homes, Linda Fairchild of Fairchild’s FosterCare, Judyann Fridgen of Fridgen Foster Care, and Karly Manion with Companion Linc for sharing your testimonies!
