Why a retreat? Because all you have to do is show up. Everything else is provided. Just bring you and a suit for the spa/sauna. Maybe a toothbrush if you’re staying the night, lol. I mean you can bring more than that if you’d like to, but the purpose of retreat is that you don’t have to worry about activities or meal planning or anything else. You just bring your maybe worn out self, maybe full of life self, any condition is fine and you land here and let us do the rest. Maybe during the yoga (gentle stretching) you sit out on the back porch. Maybe while everyone else is eating, you read a book. This is your time for you. We provide the space and opportunities for activities, you decide what feels good to you and whether you participate or find something else that feels good to you during each activity. ✨🙏🏼✨

So, I’ve put some restorative events together for your body, mind and spirit. Find connection, space to breathe, a reset and some laughs along the way. 💃🏼

Remember sleepovers growing up? Who says we’re too old for that!?! Not me! 👏🏼❤️💃🏼

All meals included. All activities are intended to bring relaxation, restoration and enjoyment. 💝

A weekend getaway designed to be the reset that your body, mind and spirit are craving. 💖

Never practiced yoga? All good. We have mats for your use. You may practice the gentle, beginner flow, aka stretching and breathing, or find another way to spend your time during the yoga portion. This is your time. If you want to come and nap all weekend, do that. 🙏🏼

Consider this your opportunity to honor your body, your mind and your spirit. We have plenty of spaces that offer privacy if you just need time to be able to hear yourself think again, we got you! 🤗

Do you need a break from the go-go-go?
We got you! For our mini retreats, you really only need to bring a bathing suit if you want to use the swim spa or sauna. We provide everything else! You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or blankets, etc., but no need to if you don’t want to drag your things around. 😊

Our yoga flow is super gentle and beginner friendly and of course optional. Your time in our space is exactly that. It’s your time out for you. If you prefer to sit on the back patio and watch the goats while the others practice yoga, then do that. It’s your day. We provide the opportunities, you choose what feels good for you. 🙏🏼

Our sound bath is also an opportunity to experience what all the hype is about. We have received so many beautiful compliments and are grateful for your appreciation and support to be able to continue offering these experiences. ✨

Our swim spa is large enough to comfortably seat several adults. Our sauna is designed for 5 adults to use at once. Our sweet goats are friendly. The rock painting station is so fun!

But the food! While so simple, it’s also a nourishing selection of fruits and veggies and yes, there’s bacon… Something for everyone whether you’re gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, or all of the above. We got you! ❤️
