Stiff hips make everything harder.
When you unlock your hips, everything feels easier.

This simple Figure 4 is a great place to start if your hips feel tight from running, riding, or lifting.

Just 30-60 seconds, a few times a week, adds up.

How to do it:
1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor
2. Cross your right ankle over your left thigh
3. Gently press your right knee away using your leg, not your hands
4. Switch & do the other side

Lift your left leg & hold behind your thigh or in front of your shin.

Now listen, I’m not saying studio yoga or long classes are a waste of time.
If you love them & they fit your life, that’s great.

But if you’re busy, training regularly, or don’t have an extra hour to spare, don’t let anyone tell you yoga “won’t work” unless you go all in.
