We had a heartwarming time celebrating an Adopt-A-Baby event here at Fleetwood Post Acute! 👶💛

Our residents and staff came together to “adopt” baby dolls, sharing love, laughter, and special moments that brought out so many smiles. This meaningful activity encourages nurturing, connection, and joyful engagement while creating a comforting and family-like atmosphere throughout our community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special for our residents. Moments like these remind us that care, compassion, and love have no age limit. 💕

Fleetwood Post Acute is getting ready for one of our most magical events of the year — our Resident Prom! ✨💃🕺

We are reaching out to our amazing community for donations to help make this night unforgettable for our residents. Prom is more than just a dance — it’s a chance to relive cherished memories, create new ones, and celebrate joy together.

We are currently accepting donations of:
• Formal accessories (costume jewelry, bow ties, suits, dress shoes and wraps)
• Refreshments or sweet treats

If you or your business would like to sponsor part of our special evening, we would love to partner with you!

Let’s come together to give our residents a night filled with music, laughter, and unforgettable moments. 💙

Calling All Churches & Community Members
Help Us Bless Our Courtyard

Fleetwood Post Acute is looking for local churches, youth groups, and community volunteers who would love to help us bring new life to our resident courtyard this spring.

Our residents truly enjoy sitting outside, feeling the sunshine, and watching the flowers grow.

We would love help with:
Planting flowers
Setting up raised garden beds
Light courtyard cleanup
Creating a peaceful, beautiful space for our residents.

This would mean so much to the wonderful men and women who call Fleetwood home.

Fleetwood Post Acute is proud to participate in Hearts Across the Americas! 💌

This special initiative brings facilities together from across the country to spread kindness, encouragement, and connection by sending heartfelt cards to one another. Our residents and team members had such a wonderful time creating thoughtful messages filled with love and positivity.

It’s amazing to see how something as simple as a card can brighten someone’s day and remind us all that we’re connected—no matter the distance. 💕

We’re honored to be part of such a meaningful movement that celebrates community, compassion, and togetherness!
