Did you know that we tend to dream more in the fall? 🍂🍁

As the days grow shorter, our bodies produce more melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep, which means more time spent in REM sleep, where most dreaming happens. Add in cooler nights, shifting light, and the end of Daylight Saving Time, and it’s no wonder our dream life tends to wake up this time of year. 🌙
