What an incredible day we had at Manette Park for our Annual Summer Picnic! 🎉 From bubbles floating through the air, to bracelet making, giant Jenga, and even axe throwing, there was nonstop laughter and smiles. The grand finale? A splashy showdown with water balloons aimed at our brave Program Assistants and Activities Coordinator! 💦

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Joshua Mayer, beloved former Camp Stand By Me Director from January 2012 to December 2017.

Those who knew Joshua know that his heart was the fullest when he was spending time with our campers and staff members, and that he took pride in providing the highest quality services possible.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, at 2:00 p.m. at City Covenant Church, 512 S. Bernard St., Spokane, WA 99204.

Joshua's family invites you to share your memories and stories of Joshua during his time as our Camp Director. Please email them to cathyb@wa.easterseals.com.
