This class is designed for all fitness levels and we will focus on building a stronger core. Core strength is not just for aesthetics, a strong core helps protect you from lower back pain and improves posture.

We’re excited to welcome Therapeutic Massage and its owner, Leisa Conklin, LMT, to our space starting May 1! With nearly 15 years of experience, Leisa specializes in therapeutic bodywork for chronic pain and mobility issues, helping clients improve function, reduce tension, and enhance overall well-being.

Therapeutic Massage offers a range of advanced treatments tailored to each client’s needs. Thai Massage is performed on the table, integrating assisted stretching, deep tissue techniques, and compression to enhance flexibility and relieve muscle restrictions. Bamboo Fusion utilizes heated bamboo tools to apply deep, targeted pressure, helping to release trigger points and reduce chronic muscle tension. Thermal Body Wraps incorporate heat therapy to encourage muscle relaxation and improve circulation. Reiki, an energy therapy that supports physical and emotional balance, is also available—this service cannot be booked online and requires direct arrangements with the therapist.
