Experienced in Muscle Gain, Fat Loss, Reflexology, Foam Rolling, Endurance, Rehabilitation, Stretch, Yoga. I was almost Paralyzed shortly into my fitness journey. I was a fraction of a millimeter from becoming a quadriplegic from a body surfing accident. I designed my own rehabilitation process when the doctors said my quality of life was over. I have worked alongside many fitness pros overtime and my knowledge has grown in many ways! I am stronger and leaner today than before the accident! #1. It all starts with a mindset.

#2 Life gets tough but you have to be willing to be stronger then your situation, stronger then your setbacks. Mentally focused and prepared for the lies that come into play. ALWAYS know you’re worth more then you think. it’s why God created us to be. He saw our worth and wanted us to be here. Sometimes we lose site of our worth and often times we lose site of our capabilities.

#3 Take action to achieve what you don’t have. when your body starts to fail you, forget that lie and know the consistency will bring the result. you didn’t get where you’re at overnight. you’re not going to get where wanna go overnight. Keep on going!

#4 if you think you can’t you’re right. if you think you can you’re right. overthinking gets you into your head and i can’t remember a time that was a good place to be.

Last year I burnt myself out and worked myself to extreme stress. i was strong in some ways and weak in others. my body started to fall apart and i didn’t eat enough. when that happened the body started to burn up the muscle and fat kicked in. it wasn’t over there. Weakness kicked in because the muscles weren’t being fueled. mindset starts to follow the body image I faced and then depression kicked in. Depression is defeat. Depression is a hard place to leave because I got comfortable in a bad place. but then I woke back up and said that sh*ts over. time to get my life back. So I did. and you have that same capability.

In all of this don’t forget #1 It all starts with a mindset. Do better because you’re worth it! You can beat whatever it is that trips you up.
