I am unfortunately going to have to cancel KP and Totally Adaptive classes for today, Monday 12/29.
I just took a pretty bad fall as I was leaving a meeting. I'll need to go to Urgent Care to get checked out. It's more icy out there than you think - be careful!

Team, It's been a whirlwind of a week!
Please email me asap if you'd like a Bright Nights pass, as I'll be buying them on Friday.
Details:
Sunday, 12/21, Meet up at CPC at 3:30 for Holiday Zumba and BEAT.
4:25 follow each other to Bright Nights at Forest Park.
Option to stop by Santa's Village inside for photos, etc. There is a gift shop, but you will need to bring your own money for that.
Be sure to let me know off you'd like a Bright Nights car pass.
