Emotional safety isn’t taught.

It’s felt.

This conversation invites parents to reflect on how safety is built in everyday moments.

When do your children feel most emotionally safe with you?

Yesterday morning, presence showed up while I cooked breakfast for my husband and myself, fully in the moment. I’ll be sharing later tonight how presence unfolded throughout this quiet Sunday.

This year, I’m choosing presence.
Not as a goal to perfect—but as a daily practice of noticing, staying, and responding with intention.

Happy New Year!

12/31/2025

This year held growth, challenge, creativity, and quiet learning.
It asked me to pay attention —
to the work I’m building,
to the people I serve,
and to the life unfolding beyond the to-do list.

Through Educating Youth Services, I deepened my commitment to thoughtful, meaningful work.
Through Fearlessly Unique by Simone, I created space for reflection, creativity, and expression.
Both reminded me that impact isn’t created by rushing —
it grows through care, connection, and intention.
2025 also brought perspective beyond work —
family moments, unhurried conversations,
and the reminder that presence is often found in ordinary days.

As this year comes to a close, one truth is clear:
I don’t want to simply move through life —
I want to be fully here for it.

So as I step into 2026, my word is Presence.
A commitment to live with awareness, purpose, and faithful living —
in my work, my relationships, and the quiet spaces in between.

Here’s to carrying forward what mattered most —
and stepping into the year ahead grounded, open, and attentive. 💜

Snowy Saturdays = cozy pajamas, warm coffee, and creative focus ❄️
We got 5–6 inches of snow today, so I’m leaning into it—creating content, building resources, and doing the kind of hands-on creative work that brings ideas to life.
Sometimes the best work happens when we slow down and enjoy the process. ❤️

The holidays can be loud.
This is an invitation to be quiet.

The True Meaning of Christmas

A gentle reminder that meaning isn’t found in doing more—but in slowing down, noticing kindness, and choosing compassion (especially for ourselves).

May this season bring you calm, connection, and care.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🤍

The holidays invite us to slow down and reflect—even in the smallest moments.
This butterfly pen 🦋, a gift from a client, reminds me that growth doesn’t happen all at once. It unfolds through compassion, connection, and calm—over time.
Feedback from families matters deeply. It helps me pause, reflect, and continue showing up with intention for the children and parents I serve.
Wishing you moments of reflection and gentleness this holiday season.
