It’s that time of year again and preparation is everything.

What important to note is that it’s always your body doing the work. We just try to support it with the right herbs to make its job easier.

Right herbs for the job. Some stimulate immune cells, some help to battle congestion, some help cough up junk. All needed at different times.

Our society glorifies healing “quickly” and getting back to work or school.
That’s not how it works.
We heal as long as it takes us.
Just taking meds to speed the process along at an abnormal speed has side effects and costs all its own.
