April 2023/ July 2023/ and July 2025.

We are used to the “before and after”, but what about AFTER the after? What about what to do once you hit that health goal? Does it last forever? Why go back? Why give up the health you gain?

You don’t have to.

As with being a lifetime chiropractic patient, no longer having migraines and being able to be active and healthy for an old lady, I also decided which health programs I coach based on the results I was able to get and keep. And boy did I try a lot of programs before settling on the ones I’m comfortable putting my own reputation behind.

I insist that my own health care providers take the advice they give and lead by example.
You should too.

SUMMER ALERT!
Hot weather is here.
The kids are out of school.
Pools are open.
You're actually packing for those trips you booked (in the distant future at the time).
If you have been planning to deal with your sedentary winter body "someday soon" to get ready for summer fun, I have some news.

It's here. "someday" is here.

And you know what? It's ok.

There are a few options for dealing comfortably with hot sticky weather.
1) Just wear loose clothes, grab an icy drink and let the breeze at the beach do its job. There's nothing wrong with that!
2) Pick and choose what you CAN do and leave some activities out. This is for my I-want-to-go-on-roller-coasters-but-am-not-allowed crowd.
3) Decide you're sick of planning and thinking and wishing for how you'd really like to feel this summer...and DO something about it.

If you're a #3 on this list, and you just aren't sure where to start, you're not alone. That's what I'm here for. I know exactly how this feels, so let me know what's been getting in your way and let's do something about it together.

I've set aside more times for health assessments this weekend so people can hit the ground running when they're back from their 4th of July events. It seems that lots of you were trying to pick clothes for trips and activities, and nothing was comfortable. That's no way to enjoy a vacation! If part of planning a cruise is managing how you're going to feel better once you're home...then ok let's plan.
