Let's talk about sleep position.
If you're waking up with a sore neck, tight low back, or arms that "go to sleep" during the night we should talk about what a problematic sleep position might be leading to.
We spend about 6-8 hours in these positions, so they matter. A lot of us are about to travel and sleep in unfamiliar beds which can also put stress on our bodies that make for a less-than-enjoyable stay.
Protip: If you have a great pillow that you love take it with you when you travel if you can. Even that can make all the difference.
