Congratulations to S.T.O.R.M. Fitness on the grand opening of her personal training studio located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania!

S.T.O.R.M. Fitness offers one-on-one, partner, small group training, and group fitness classes. All sessions are private. All fitness levels are welcomed, and the best part, NO MEMBERSHIP OR CONTRACT REQUIRED!

The studio also offers Boxing training, with Damian Bailey of and PiYo classes (combining the practices of Pilates and Yoga) with Michielle.
