🥓 Bacon Is a Group 1 Carcinogen.

Let that sink in.
We’ve been marketed the idea that bacon is a “treat,” a “protein,” or even a breakfast staple…
But in reality, it’s a highly processed meat linked to colorectal cancer, heart disease, inflammation, and overall poor health.
And here’s the part people rarely talk about:
