Fast food= poor health.
Every time I see a parent buy their kids something like this I feel so awful for that child.
Wonder why there’s an overweight and obesity problem amongst children?
Wonder why kids are developing type 2 diabetes?
Wonder why children under 10 have traces of plaque in their arteries?? 😳
I don’t.

If you want your kids to have the greatest opportunity to avoid our most common chronic diseases, take away the 🗑️ foods.

Start introducing them to whole plant foods.

Animal flesh & “products” cause a whole host of issues for kids who grow to be unhealthy and diseased adults.

And that is FACT.

Your health is often the last thing on the list…
until it becomes the only thing that matters.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a scare, or a breaking point to start caring for your body.
So many of our most common chronic diseases are largely preventable — and even reversible — through lifestyle choices.

What you put on your plate matters.
A diet centered around whole, plant foods and the removal of animal products can reduce inflammation, support hormone balance, protect the heart, and nourish the body at a cellular level.

You don’t need perfection.
You need intention.

Your body is not replaceable.
Your health is not optional.
And it deserves to be a priority — now, not someday. 🌱

As we move through midlife, our bodies and hormones shift — and that’s exactly where yoga becomes a powerful, supportive tool.

✨ Yoga helps with:
• Hormonal balance by reducing cortisol (stress hormones)
• Calming the nervous system and easing anxiety
• Improving flexibility, joint health, and mobility
• Releasing tension stored in the body
• Resetting your mind + body when life feels overwhelming

The beautiful part?
You don’t need to commit to a full hour on a mat to feel the benefits.

💫 Stretch at your desk.
💫 Flow for 5–10 minutes between tasks.
💫 Do gentle movement in the morning or wind down at night.
💫 Take a class if you love the energy of a studio…
💫 Or hop on YouTube — there are literally millions of free yoga and mindfulness videos to choose from.

I personally follow a few instructors online and love switching it up depending on my mood and energy. There’s something for everyone — gentle, restorative, hormone-balancing, stress-relief, and more.

✨ Even small, consistent moments of yoga can create massive shifts in how you feel.

Most people don’t take their health seriously until something forces them to.
They stay busy doing, producing, grinding…
but none of that matters if your body breaks down, if your energy disappears, or if you end up sick, hospitalized, or worse.

Your health is not optional.
It’s the foundation for everything you want to do, be, and become.

What you eat.
How you move.
How you recover (sleep).
The relationships you keep.
The substances you don’t put into your body.
How you manage stress.

All of it matters. Every single day.

And no — it doesn’t have to be perfect or extreme.
It just has to be intentional.

Start small. Start today:
• Drink more water
• Add more whole, plant foods to your meals
• Go for a 10–15 minute walk
• Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
• Take 5 deep breaths and slow your nervous system
• Reduce one harmful habit
• Choose progress over perfection

Your future self is built by the choices you make today.

That means it’s in the same cancer-causing category as to***co, asbestos, and arsenic — according to the World Health Organization.

Let that sink in.

We’ve been marketed the idea that bacon is a “treat,” a “protein,” or even a breakfast staple…
But in reality, it’s a highly processed meat linked to colorectal cancer, heart disease, inflammation, and overall poor health.

And here’s the part people rarely talk about:

🐖 Pigs suffer unimaginably in the bacon industry —
Confined, mutilated, separated from their babies, and slaughtered at a fraction of their natural lifespan.

And then… we suffer in return.
Chronic illness. Digestive issues. Hormonal imbalance. Inflammation. Cancer risk.

What we do to animals always comes back to our own bodies.

🌱 What to eat instead:

Have you ever woken up and thought…

“Wait… is this at all real?

The goals you were chasing no longer excite you.
The life you were told to want feels empty.
The rules everyone follows suddenly feel… off.
You begin to question everything.

That’s not “losing it.”
That’s waking up.

Because the path we were given was never designed to lead us back to ourselves.

It was designed to keep us busy.
Distracted.
Disconnected.

Functional enough to survive,
but not intuitive enough to live.

And the first stage of awakening?
It’s uncomfortable.

You start to see the propaganda.
The conditioning.
The inherited scripts disguised as “success,” “stability,” and “normal.”

You realize:
I’ve been living someone else’s dream.
A dream that feeds disconnection and silences intuition.

Deep down, you know that if you keep following it blindly, you’ll wake up at 70 and realize you never truly lived.
You just performed what was expected of you, running endlessly in a rat race that was never meant for you.

And then something shifts.
You begin to understand why the system wanted you disconnected in the first place.
You see how much energy is spent keeping you numb, distracted, and cut off from your inner wisdom.
