A little about why I created this program -
and how I guide this work.

I grew up surrounded by honesty, kindness, and quiet reverence. Then I built a successful career in marketing and entrepreneurship - guided by structure and determination - but life, in its wisdom, had more to reveal.
Loss, trauma, and a long recovery after seven years of surgeries changed everything I thought I knew about my part in healing. It broke open what was rigid and revealed a deeper sense of responsibility for how I experience the world.
The Stillness Program was born from that passage - a way of sharing what I’ve learned about energy, presence, and light in motion.
