I had this come up in my timeline posts, 2 months after my husband had passed from early onset pancreatic cancer, 6 years ago.
I have learned to notice when I am tired,
Learned to rest and take a moment...
And also
Learned how to move forward and not quit.
In the most difficult times, Successfully Nurtured lactation and parenting may be simply taking a moment to rest.
