Real talk for a second…

I almost talked myself out of my workout this morning.

Not because I didn’t have time.
Not because I didn’t know what to do.
Just because… I didn’t feel like it.
No hype. No motivation.

Just me, standing there, negotiating with myself like: “Maybe later… maybe tomorrow…”

But here’s the difference 👇
I don’t rely on motivation anymore.
I rely on the fact that I made a promise to myself.
So I moved anyway.

Not perfectly. Not excited. Just… done.

And you know what?
That “meh” workout still counts.
That half-energy effort still moves you forward.
That decision still builds confidence.
