Emergency Substitution List

Good afternoon y'all, I am in the midst of canning up 15lbs of potatoes right now which I got on sale for $0.99 per 5lb bag. They were really pretty and since we can't eat that many right now, I decided to put them in jars to use over the Winter. That being said I thought I would share a substitution list that I keep handy in case I run across something I am out of. I try to keep everything on hand for cooking and baking, but I am sometimes forgetful to put an ingredient I used up on my shopping list. Hopefully you will find this as helpful as I do.

If you can't read this: the baking mix is 9 cups flour.. 1 tab salt 1/8 cup of baking powder 2 cups shortening... for the cocoa is 3/4 cup sugar and the same for cocoa 1/4 tsp salt 6 cups of nonfat milk... for the pudding, it 1 - 1/2 cup of sugar same for cornstarch 1 tsp salt, 4 cups of dry milk says nonfat let me know what else
