Today our team rolled up their sleeves and gave the gift of life ❤️

Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month Suzanne Culp 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊

Suzanne has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years and PGH has been fortunate to employ her for eight of those 15 years. While Suzanne exhibits all the PGH core values, Quality Patient Care is the one that is the most outstanding. Her manager, Sheree McCommon, nominated her and explains:

Suzanne works to ensure the patients have everything they need by reviewing the clinical portion of the record daily.
She stays on the phone for long periods with insurance companies. She is knowledgeable of the InterQual criteria that drives the conversation with the insurance companies.
She is respected by all the staff, including physicians.
She collects and reports Swing Bed, Case Mgt, and ED data.
She does not waste time.
