Hello Chippewa Valley DCs that are connected to the old CVCA page... just wanted to offer a heads up. The staff at our office had a weird encounter today. Had a random female walk-in (never a patient in our clinic) that was hoping someone in our office would be willing to sign a certificate of birth for her. She did not bring baby along and was reporting that she had a home birth without any pre-natal care and needed the document signed. Thought it was unusual.... SO, HEADS UP!
