When: Saturday, October 25th Time: 11 AM to 2 PM

Where: Fat Pants Brewing Parking lot 8335 Crystal View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 54344 - parking lot just across the street from clinic!

Fat Pants Brewery will have hot cocoa and hot cider inside. They will also have pumpkin painting. Come join in the fun - rain or shine - everything will be moved indoors in the case of rain.

Dear Patients & Families,

We want to inform you that our current online payment portal will be shut down as of Friday, August 8th, 2025, as we prepare to launch a new and improved system.

The new payment portal will go live on Monday, August 11th, 2025. We will also have a new statement format starting on Friday, August 15th, 2025.

During this short transition period, online payments will not be available.

Our new portal will offer a more secure, streamlined experience for managing your payments. We’ll send out instructions on how to access and use the new system once it’s live.

Summer is almost here!

Schedule your child’s well check visits, med checks and sports/camp physicals now for best availability. We follow guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and recommend yearly physical exams for all children.

Note: summer is a busy time for physical exams. Please be proactive and schedule appointments now by calling 952-943-8200. Also, we require 7 days to process all forms for camps, sports participation, and school enrollment.

National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW) is a yearly observance held in April, highlighting the importance of protecting children two years and younger from vaccine-preventable diseases. NIIW is April 21-28, 2025. CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommend that children stay on track with their well-child appointments and routine vaccinations. On-time vaccination is critical to provide protection against potentially life-threatening diseases.
